This privacy policy applies to the SplitFX mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ivan Trendafiloski (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

• Usage data or analytics

• Advertising identifiers

Currency Exchange Rates

SplitFX retrieves real-time currency exchange rates from third-party financial data providers. These requests are made directly from your device and do not include any personal information. The Service Provider does not track or store any information about which currencies you convert or when you use the app.

Local Data Storage

All app preferences, including:

• Selected currencies
• Favorite currency pairs
• Theme selections
• Calculator history

are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers or third parties.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Currency exchange rate APIs (only for retrieving current rates)

These services only receive anonymous requests for exchange rate data and do not receive any personal information.

Premium Features

If you choose to purchase premium features through in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Since no data is collected from any users, this Application is safe for users of all ages.

Security

Since the Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being accessed, disclosed, or lost.
