Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the Miki FM mobile and TV application (the "Application") created by Ivan Trendafiloski (the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Do Not Directly Collect

The Service Provider does not directly collect or store:

• Personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, files, or user-generated content
• Payment card or billing details
• Radio listening history on our own servers

Advertising and Tracking

The iOS version of Miki FM uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to show advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process data such as advertising identifiers, ad interactions, device information, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

Where required by Apple, Miki FM asks for tracking permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting tracking-capable ads. If you deny tracking permission, ads may still appear, but they should be less personalized.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase premium features, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms govern payment processing.

Radio Streams and Music Services

Miki FM plays internet radio streams and may request station, album, artwork, or music metadata from third-party services such as public radio directories, Apple services, Wikipedia, Spotify links, or stream providers. These requests are made to provide app functionality. The Service Provider does not operate these third-party services and does not control their privacy practices.

Microphone and Apple Music Permissions

If you choose to use song recognition features, Miki FM may request microphone permission so Apple ShazamKit can identify music. If you choose Apple Music features, Miki FM may request Apple Music access to match songs, open albums, or continue playback. These features are optional.

Local Storage

Miki FM may store app preferences, station choices, favorites, premium status, theme settings, or similar app state locally on your device using Apple-provided storage. This information is used to make the app work and is not stored on Service Provider servers.

Children

Miki FM is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider, please contact us so it can be addressed.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards within the Application design and relies on Apple platform protections, App Store purchase processing, and third-party provider security practices for external services.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
