Use this page for help with the Patina iPhone app.

Please include your device model, iOS version, Patina version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or a short screen recording are helpful for camera, export, or album issues.
Common Help
- If camera capture is unavailable, check Camera permission in iOS Settings and restart Patina.
- If importing or saving fails, check Photos permission and available device storage.
- If video export is slow, keep Patina open until export finishes and avoid Low Power Mode for large videos.
- If Memory Capsule reminders do not appear, check Notification permission for Patina.
- If Patina AI does not respond, confirm you have network access and an active Patina Pro entitlement.
- Purchases and subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in App Store account settings.
